Mitesh Patel, Esquire, is the founder of Blue Sky Law in metro Atlanta. The firm specializes in middle market business sales, acquisitions, and mergers, with additional services in corporate law, taxation, employment, and real estate. Transactions typically range from $10 million to $150 million, focusing on industrial, technology, and business services.
A former financial analyst and business owner, Mitesh started his legal career at an international firm, specializing in securities offerings and corporate representation. He holds a BS in Finance and a Juris Doctorate. In his free time, he explores mountain peaks with his wife and two children.
Jonathan Whitehead

Jonathan is a leader at HDH, specializing in fair value measurements and advising public and private companies on complex valuation and financial reporting matters. His experience includes valuing equity and debt securities, derivatives, contingent consideration, and providing valuation and advisory services to Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs) and their trustees. Prior to HDH, Jonathan worked in KPMG’s Economic and Valuation Services group serving multinational public and large private companies. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration (Finance) from the College of Charleston and is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA).
